In 1979, Jay Willows moved to Houston to begin his career in the maritime industry. After working for several different shipping agencies, he decided to start his own in December of 1995. Since then, we have built a strong reputation of reliability, efficiency, and expertise.
As agents, we coordinate with local and international parties for every ship we’re appointed, giving us a worldwide network of relationships throughout the maritime community.
